Hello Saylin,

Any news on the interview date yet? Hope you get it this week.

Good luck

Nope, still no interview date assigned. I hope I get it this week as well!

I got an operator last night when I called NVC who was a real a**. He told me I've been calling a lot this month and that they only schedule interviews the second week of each month and that I should stop calling until the second week of April to see if I got an interview for May. headbonk.gif

LOL! They were able to track?

Yup, apparently so. First time I got an operator that mentioned how often I was calling, so they must have some sort of call log. Also, it was the first time an operator suggested in a very rude way to stop calling. I'm sorry, but one rude guy is not going to stop me from calling each day to know if I have an interview date or not.

An operator can advise but just in a nice way please.

Yeah, most of the operators merely suggest in a polite way to wait till the second week to call again. But the operator I had last night was real rude about it.

   "Welcome to America." Yeah, my wife's interview was today and she was approved! :dancing: :joy: :dancing: She just got done at the Montreal Consulate and called me with the news. Now I just need to get on a plane and go get her!! Thank you all of you here on Visa Journey! The site and the people here have really helped so much in this process. I learned so much and I never could have done this process without a lawyer if I didn't have VJ. I really want to thank Saylin :D , I was always going back to her blog to find as much info as I could regarding this whole process.
