Wooohooo congrats saylin! Darn we missed it by one day. Hope you get interview date soon! Ravis you're next!

Thanks! Yeah, we both missed by one day. I predicted Tuesday and you Thursday. Oh well, even though no one won, I'm absolutely happy! :Dlaughing.gif

i am in Brasil

There are ways of calling the USA for free if that's your reason for not calling. I set up a Google Voice account and I call NVC through my Gmail account on my computer and don't pay a cent. If you want, follow these instructions: http://www.mycellpho...work-in-canada/ Even though it says Canada, it's applicable for all countries.

Congratulations Saylin,

Very happy to hear the news. I am still waiting for the interview date.

Thanks :)

Hope you hear something soon!

Thank you Zachm and Saylin. Both of you have been great support for me. I truly appreciate that.

Saylin, you are next, hope you get yours sooner.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I find out this week or next.

Do you know when/where you're going to get your medical done?

Hello Saylin,

Medicals booked for March 23 in Toronto. Have you checked with NVC today for your interview date?

Good luck at the medical, although I doubt you need it as I think it's the easiest part. (Minus the blood test for me since I'm terrified of needles and have never gotten a blood test before)

I haven't called up yet. I usually call NVC at 5pm as I found it's the shortest wait time to get through to an operator. Yesterday I even got through instantly. Hope they have good news for me! I'd really like to get a date assigned for many reasons (so my husband can relax, make an appointment for the medical, start planning my move, etc)

Saylin the google voice did not work for me.. i did as it was saying at the site you told me. But its ok, my husband called them and they said that they have all our packages and are reviewing all them now... home some good news soon :)

Weird it didn't work. It worked fine for me. It's how I call NVC and DOS (and any other US number).

That would be the SIF message. If it's not a fake one like some people have been getting, then it's a good indication that you have a CC. Get your husband to call an operator up and see if your case is complete.
