hahaha I will start calling DOS after this friday... so I take it no CC yet? have you tried to call AVR then again I assume you are like I was and basically stalked the AVR lol.. I hope I win the bet! actually I hope you do so its sooner lol.

Nope, no CC yet. Trust me, once I get it, I'm posting it on my Facebook, then here, then a post on my blog. And put my husband at the beginning of that list

And yes, I call the AVR multiple times a day: once when I wake up, another time right before I call an operator, and once right before midnight. And sometimes a few times in between.

And of course, I call an operator each day a little bit after 5pm.

I'm hoping any one of us wins the bet cause that means I get CC this week

OMG I was about to get upset at my phone for waking me up but only to find out its an email from NVC stating that I have an interview date April 8 at 8am WOOOHOOOOOOOOO SO EXCITED!!!!!!

Dose anyone know this? I got sign in fail on Feb 17th, but still no CC till today. Called NVC several times, but i was told that my case is still under final review...

There was another VJ member that had a SIF but only got a CC like 2 weeks later. Usually people get a CC the same day or the next after a SIF, but you're not alone in being the first to still be waiting for a CC after all this time. I can only suggest keep calling NVC each day and you'll hear of a CC soon enough.

To Ravis and zachm (and anyone else who cares )

When I called an operator up today, got some good news. No, not a CC, but they finally received something and are reviewing it. I'm guessing it's the I-864. Woot for progress! So happy not to hear the operator just tell me to wait 20 business days. Perhaps if they get to the DS-260 and documents tomorrow, I can get a CC on Friday as Ravis predicted

Well, my AVR finally changed on Friday. On Thursday, the AVR was: "A packet of information and documents was generated on February 9th, 2011 and will be sent within the next few weeks." [Have yet to receive that "packet of information and documents" ] On Friday, after hearing the above message for almost a month, it went to: "The NVC is awaiting the return of the biographic forms from: the petitioner. Once this packet is received, allow 6-8 weeks for the reviewing of all your documentation and you will be notified of the outcome of the review." So, yay. I'm interpreting the above message as they finished reviewing my AOS package, but when I called the operator up on Friday, she didn't mention anything about the AOS being finished with the review, so I have no idea.

Hopefully I hear good news this week in relation to a CC. Perhaps we should all extend our bets another week Mine is for a CC this Tuesday. It'd be great if I can get it this Tuesday since it's the day my husband's leaving from his visit here and I won't be as sad if we got a CC.
