Just got thru to an operator and we have an interview date !!  It is scheduled for March 24th. The operator said it was just scheduled today and that we should be getting an email shortly with instructions. It pays to call and talk to an operator!! The AVR still says that the case was completed on 2/7 and to wait 6-8 weeks. We're almost done!! :dancing:

Awesome! Well done

Hi Everyone~

I paid the DS-230 bill and printed the cover sheet when it showed PAID. I sent in the packet. I had US mail confirmation that the NVC received it then two days later got an email that had cover sheet and checklist. Anyone else get this?? Does this mean I have to send information again?? On the checklist it shows correspondence instructions and immigrant visa application....it reads the NVC has received the requested aos form however we are still waiting for the immigrand visa application ... so I dont know...Do I ignore this or resend the whole thing again?? any help?

thanks,

Jennifer

I just wanted to call and confirm with an operator that my case was complete he said yes it was! Also looks like march is full for interviews in Montreal and said something about interviews being scheduled the 2nd week of every month or the next month or something like that... I really hope I dont have to wait until 2nd week of march just to hear anything....1 month wait is long time after waiting this long... :( ah well just a heads up to those waiting for an interview schedule in Montreal that march is full (not that I was expecting a March interview anyways) and if anyone gets a March interview well NVC is just a bunch of liars lol. jk lets pray for time to fly until we are reunited with our significant others

When operators tell you they only schedule the 2nd week, it's a bunch of #######. Do NOT listen to them. They schedule all month long. So you can find out anytime what your interview date is.

Hello,

I contacted NVC today and was told the same, dates for march is full and need to wait for second week of March for April. I hope all of us get the interview dates sooner. All we can do is hope and pray.

Have a great weekend.
