You dont need appointment to do the medical, you can do it anytime you want. Its now a walkin first come first serve, all you need is the letter from NVC that has your case number on it and your passport. You present them to the guard at the front entrance to the clinic and he will let you inside.

I though NVC will email us when I am going to have my medical and at the same time my interview schedule...so far I have not received any email from NVC

No, the medical you can do anytime you like . They used to give you the appointment for the medical but now they changed that policy. You can ask some of the other Pinay's here, they already did the medical exam. The appointment for the actual interview is still set by the NVC/US Embassy I believe. They used to also issue the interview appointments for the K-visas but now K-visa beneficiaries call the US Embassy call center in Manila and select their appointments for their interviews. I wish they did that for all visas but so far they still dont offer that for the IR-1/CR-1 visas.

Yes, you can go to St. Luke's Extension Clinic to have your medical exam done in advance. In my case, SLEC didn't ask for a copy of my NOA2. They just took the email printout from the NVC that states they received and accepted my DS-3032 Choice of Agent. It has my name and my case number on it. They also took 3 pcs. 2x2 pictures and the medical exam fee. When I'm done with everything, that's when they took my passport and gave me the xray result cd and my immunization worksheet. Oh, they made me sign a note that it is my will to have my medical exam done without interview date yet and that the results are only valid for 6 months.

Try call them ASAP to see what they say about it. They might send it back to you as incomplete. I think somebody else posting here did same thing and NVC sent the AOS back to them to redo it. They are very particular, even if you use wrong color ink pen they send it back.

thankyou binny and babalu..

ill do try call today..

i hope they send it back rather than putting it to trash..

thanks guys.. ill try to limit the smallest mistake this time...

Oh man, I can imagine how you're feeling! I was SOOO impatient to get an NVC case number, and I felt a little silly about it. I mean, I was MORE patient waiting on USCIS, and that (theoretically) could have taken like 10x the wait for a case #! I think it's just the feeling that you could be DOING something, but you're stalled waiting on something that should really be so simple...

Anyway, enough rambling--I really hope you get your case # soon so you can get things MOVING!!!
