Tomorrow's the first working day of NVC for this year. Think we'll be expecting more good news from them? I really, really hope so.

Thanks for starting this thread, i have a Noa2 date of 12/27/2010. Hoping to have my case in and out of NVC asap. :)

Crazy that I was thinking the same that the holidays are over so the NVC can get back to work. I could not really enjoy the holidays because the NVC is slow. Will our waiting ever end???

Thanx Angeli,

Its my pleasure to be part of this threade and share my expereinces so far with NVC.

I send all my documents to NVC and thereafter received a checklist wherein they mentioned to send the original Marriage and Birth Certificate and after sending the same I am still waiting for it......

Wil always keep you all posted with the updates on my matter...

DA & MK- I was in the same situation, I contacted a state representative, and they contacted NVC directly. My case was completed 2 days later! I suggest you trying that! Whenever I called NVC or sent emails, it seemed as no one would listen or could find a solution. Good Luck!!

09/08/2010 notice dated

09/03/2010 priority date

11/04/2010 RFE emailed

11/04/2010 & 11/10/2010 RFE faxed

11/10/2010 called for update (lost request, new 4th Expidite request made)

11/15/2010 faxed inquiry to Officer along with Evidence again

11/16/2010 Expidite request approved email stating decicion within 45 days

11/17/2010 USCIS CASE APPROVED via email

11/18/2010 reciecved phone call from Officer confirming Approval and stating case was forwarded to NVC on 11/17/2010 with RFE info.

11/23/2010 recieved hard copy of Approval my mail

11/18/2010 Case Number Assigned

11/22/2010 Expedite request made via email with Doctors letters attached

Called to give my husbands and my email addresses/AOS fee paid online/DS-3032 Emailed by husband

11/23/2010 Expidite request recieved in Lima

11/24/2010 AOS fee status shown as "PAID" printed coverletter and mailed AOS pacage to arrive

11/26/2010 Packages Delievered

12/7/2010 Both Packages entered into AVR

12/14/2010 Document under review

12/17/2010 RFE

12/17/2010 RFE responce

12/28/2010 Final Review

12/29/2010 SIF & CC & everything Forwarded to Embassy in Lima!

While the application is now in NVC what do we expect next to the NVC? Anyone can give a step by step in NVC process i'm so curious about the process..hope it wont take a long time waiting till the last Interview...Thanks in advance for your inputs...congratulations to all VJ members who's now in NVC process....

We're in too... thanks for the invite!!! Good luck to all!!!

I am so frustrated with the waiting. I submitted everything to the NVC. The IV packet was entered into their system on Dec 23, now I will must wait for 20 business days for them to complete their processing. OMG I must have received 10 emails requesting the IV packet even after it was received and now that they finally acknowledge receipt, I must wait again. I called the NVC and spoke with a rep to explain the police cert/court records will expire on Feb 25 and if we must get these records again with the translations, it will take 3 weeks. She said well then that is what you must do. They have no compassion for the amount of time and expense that we put into our cases. I am so tired of being treated as another case, not a person. Sorry for venting.

Count me in... SIF this morning! Whats next? An operator told me my documents were rcvd on the 8th and they're still under review.

USCIS-CSC I751

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?
