This is a great help!! thanks!

But SCS received my RFE on July 20th and I still have no NAO2!!!!!

I called the toll free number and they told me it can take up to 3 more months just to get the NAO2! I submitted my paper work in March 27 NAO1!!!!

I am going crazy!!! Any one who's RFE was received by CSC on July 20th or later have you gotten your NAO2???

My senator called yesterday to CSC and all they could find out was that there is a lot of paper work and things are slow!!!! My senator told me they can call back in two weeks.

Any one else in the same situation??? :help:

CSC received my RFE July 31 nothing from them since August 8 no NOA2 yet

Regarding our timelines here, I could've sworn I read somewhere (Not that I remember who said it or where) that us who are sending to Nebraska should keep it as Nebraska as it will then include/factor in the 2 weeks to 1 month that we also have to wait for it to be sent to California. So... that's why I'm not changing mine, at least. I'd rather keep the timelines accurate here than somewhere else...

Gary,

Please add us in your list. Although, I were late in returning our IMBRA RFE, we are hoping for a quick approval. I was in India when RFE was mailed to me.

Unfortunately, two days after my arrival in India, my finace suffered a heart attack and I had to extend my stay there. We have had enough....we need a break and a chance to live together. Is that too much to ask?

I know many of us here are suffering just like I am.

I-751 process:

4/06/09: Mailed I-751 to VSC by Express mail

4/07/09: Received by VSC

4/17/09: Check clearance.

4/20/09: NOA1 received in mail (receipt date: 4/08/09)

4/30/09: Biometric appt. letter received (appt. on May 15th)

5/05/09: Walk-in biometric done

9/02/09: Approval Email (touch on USCUS site)

9/03/09: Approval letter received (decision date: 8/27/09)

9/09/09: Touch, but no change in status on USCIS site.

9/11/09: Green card rec'd.

I didn't go that far forward with the chart. I originally did this for evidence for my contact with my senators. So I stopped listing timelines at the last NOA2. If I tried to list everyone the list would have been 12 pages instead of 6. Thats an awfull lot to fax to someone. :P

Ok, to make everything easier for everybody I converted the chart to a web page.

Does anybody here know how many K-1 petitions CSC receives per month?

I think we were figuring that VJ represented about 5-7% of all petitioners. So if thats accurate, you can look on the timeline to see how many new ones VJ gets in a month and mutliply. (I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that its about 25 a week, which is how many they were approving.)
