Ok, to make everything easier for everybody I converted the chart to a web page. You can now see it here:

http://gary.cornelius.home.insightbb.com/

I got all of this information from doing a timeline search. If you don't have a timeline made or you still have your service center listed as Nebraska or Texas you will not show up. If you were transfered to the CSC and want to be included on the next update please change that on your timeline.

I will try to update the page once a week.

Cheers!!

I also added a link at the top so you can download the MSWord document if you want to send it to your congressmen. (hint, hint!!) Remember, to view the word document you need MSWord. If you try to view it with wordpad or notepad it will not look right.

This is a great help!! thanks!

But SCS received my RFE on July 20th and I still have no NAO2!!!!!

I called the toll free number and they told me it can take up to 3 more months just to get the NAO2! I submitted my paper work in March 27 NAO1!!!!

I am going crazy!!! Any one who's RFE was received by CSC on July 20th or later have you gotten your NAO2???

My senator called yesterday to CSC and all they could find out was that there is a lot of paper work and things are slow!!!! My senator told me they can call back in two weeks.

Any one else in the same situation??? :help:

How about adding a column for Vermont vs. California (including Texas and Nebraska). The processing times will probably be very diffferent.

Tom

Thank for for updating your timeline. (My Assistant, then edit/add my timeline.)

Ok Gary, I have my timeline, but list Nebraska still because to me it shows a bit of the lunacy in the system...

I will get that changed to California since they have our file now.

There are tons of people in the same situation as you. Which senator did you call? Some are helpful in making inquiries (Obama's downtown office) others are completely worthless (Durbin's downtown office).

My original reason for making this was to send to my Senators and Congressman as proof that the CSC was just doing things in a random order. I posted it as an afterthought. Turns out people liked it. So if they like it I will keep it up.

I remember the initial reason. And people liking it is good enough reason to continue. :P

This is a lot like a poll. A random sampling of people getting a K-1 visa. If there is one thing polititions understand it's polls.

Yes I understand your point. I was the first one to see comment on that chart yestarday. It required lot of work and time. By the way I am just curious that why your timeline starts from March 6th? I can imagine its bcz of IMBRA. {I feel offended because my name is not on the timeline(lololol :D kidding)}
