The K1 took about 3 months from start to finish with no RFE's. :)

we filed both K3 and Cr1. On K3 we filed with I-129F it took 11 months before interview being scheduled but I already got my CR1 then, though it was cancelled during my CR1 interview, still they sent me an appointment letter.

After that, it went lightning quick!

Conditional Permanent Resident since September 20, 2006

Conditions removed February 23, 2009

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
