Hello everyone...first let me wish you all a very prosperous and blessed 2011. i finally got my interview date for february 2011 and i am so excited

finally this long and difficult journey is coming to an end. but i am very worried because has i stated before we do not have any phone records/emails

to prove that we are communicating. because we both have prepaid phones and i mostly use a magic jack to call my husband. but other than that we have

pictures, affidavits from family and friends, bills in both our names the stamps from his passport with how many times he visited before we were married, and he will be here again before my interview. any one with any advice to give i would gladly appreciate it as i am so worried.

thanks.

as per my experience and the people i've met here they didn't ask from us the chat logs/email during the interview, i think that requirement is for those k1 filer to prove that their relationship with the petitioner is genuine. But I brought along everything with me, from letters way back 2004 to recent emails and chat logs, and printed the magic jack page from the screen, and recent skype logs, since feb is a month more then start printing your chat logs and other means of communication so if they will ask you, just tell them you only have the recent. better be prepared and have everything so you will have peace of mind! :) Good luck and Happy New Year!

Happy New Year as well! First, don't be worried! -) Everything is going to be fine. Phone records or chat might not be the priority evidence. Make sure you have plenty of pictures especially your wedding pictures, pictures the 1st time you met each other with your family. Bring also some old letters or if he is sending a package a gift bring it along with you not the gift itself but the mail proof. Remittances can also be one if he is sending you money.

well my case has been going for a while now, we submitted all the docs and got approved really fast but bcuz my husband did not make enough to meet the poverty guide line for me and my son, we had to get a joint sponsor, and that alone took us like 6months to get someone who was willing to do that for us. so in all it took like 1yr and a few months.but had it not been for the sponsor thing i think it would have taken 8months tops.
