@ East TN jcty, we stayed at the Holiday INN around GermanTown. It is nice and it is like 10 minutes drive to Virginia Run Cove. It is advisable to saty around germantown or Bartlett, since inside Memphis is dangerous. When we went last year july for my removal of condition interview, we stayed at the Wingate by Rodham at Germantown too. Be safe!

@ Ricardo, the drive is like 6.5 hours, so it is a long drive from knoxville and we have a 5 months old in the car, so got to stop here and there and the trip took like 8hours. It was so foggy around Nashville and the drive was terrible. Glad we made it safely home. I will sure tune in tmorrow. Hope i dont have to go back to memphis ever!!! Thanks and good luck once more!

March 23, 2011: Biometrics notice received for 03/31

March 31, 2011: Biometrics completed

July 5, 2011: Online status: Now scheduled for interview

July 12, 2011: Received interview letter finally!

August 11, 2011: Interview Date (Garden City) - PASSED!!!

August 15, 2011: In line to be scheduled for Oath

August 20, 2011: Oath notice received

@ Ricardo, i read ur update and i am happy that this part is over, just have to wait for the oath letter. Yours will not be a problem, cos u live in nashville. East Tennessee does not have oath a lot, so i will fold my arm and wait. I am no more in a rush. Congrat once more!!

Hi Recardo and all ...ive been busy with work and all, but i did come on just a few days ago also and done some updates ect..

A big Congrats to you and paul&jen and a few others i cant think of as of now soz :bonk:

But anyways...Big Congrats to you & the other guys and also the other members here getting there applications moving forward...

Ill be back very soon tho..just up the wall with work and all that good stuff...this last 2 wks been crazy for me...

Ive got my interveiw next tuesday i think...lol..5th april i have'nt even looked at the dam civics test questions yet....lol...but when i have time this next few days i shall brush up on stuff....

Who's the president now?....lol :bonk:

Ok ill be in touch soon guys...last stop saloon for me next wk....i hope they dont ask me to show evidance of my approved 601 waiver yrs ago... cas i never got anything from the DHS back then..just a direct phone call saying i was approved my 601 waiver 130 application....but i still got the stamp/visa in my old pp..i hope that be good for them anyways...fingers crossed..im sure they can dig my file up somewhere..who knows...

today I received my interview letter. its on May 04th. Please somebody can update the list.

Congrats fawaz2011! I am happy to see that the LA office is finally moving.

I had my prints taken on 2/11 and still no interview letter, there's no update to my status on their site either. I see people that filed from LA in Feb have their interviews already scheduled :/

which number do I call to check with the FBI if my prints have cleared? I am starting to worry about this

FBI - 304 625 5590. then go through Options & have your uscis Notice of action number ready and they might also ask for your ss # to make sure there talking to the real person.

The Interviewer pulled out things in my file from years ago asking me questions... boy i tell ya.

they are likely to ask for the Alien # (A#)... well that was requested when i called.
