So the whole thing took about 20 minutes and he passed! yay! He left with a letter saying they have recommended his application for approval. They said he'll get a letter about oath ceremony, and that it would be in 2-3 months. Good thing we're not in a hurry :)

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

Excellent.. I'm glad to hear thiskicking.gif. I have not started to study/prepare for my interview in 1 week.. guess i'm gonna start this weekend when i'm off.

I thought Jax had a oath ceremony in end of April.

Not sure. That would be nice, but we're really not in a hurry - we're two years past the date we could have filed...so it's fine.

I'll let ya'll know, obviously, when we find out what the date is!

I thought Jax had a oath ceremony in end of April.

Question to January group:

My wife had her interview and was told at the conclusion she passed March 14th. This was two weeks before her 3-year green card residency made her eligible for a decision. At the conclusion of the interview the examiner said she passed, but could not make a decision until last Saturday, the 26th, her 3-year anniversary + 1 day.

Question to January group:

My wife had her interview and was told at the conclusion she passed March 14th. This was two weeks before her 3-year green card residency made her eligible for a decision. At the conclusion of the interview the examiner said she passed, but could not make a decision until last Saturday, the 26th, her 3-year anniversary + 1 day.

PLEASE dont take this humble attitude with you when the FIRST HUMAN gets on the line... go into war mode. to get to THE HUMAN you call the number you have then press 1, press 3, press, 1, then 1... you will get to a human in 1 minute... answer the questions as it applies to you... please update us..

She DID say my wife's application is still under review... or at least has not had a decision entered. This could be simply because of workload at our local office.

sorry i havent been in a while, ive been busy with stuff around here...

Anyways congrats to the members who has got there interveiw dates ect and i see some members has taken there interveiw and passed..so congrats to them also..

I see there is a few members inc myself who has upcoming usc interveiws so i wish you guys well also in the next coming day/s

I would'nt take much notice of that online stuff at this stage of the game, as ive heard many members who passed interveiw and done oath the oath and still there status says the same as you mention..

what normally happens in a situation like yours is that you passed the test and your file is there until that date passes....once the date has passed your 3yr thing ya talking about, then the uscis will slot you in the next available oath day......that what normally happens...

You can either do what recardo said.....get on the blower....or make a info pass.....which to me sounds better really as you can speak with them face to face and push them for a answer of some sort for when the next oath date would be...im sure you be in soon tho...

AN Update For All.. I'm heading out to get the disposition records for the Speeding tickets I have received in the past so that USCIS can see it as paid. Also I will stop by the tax office to get the information that i owe no taxes... as this information was not listed on the paper BUT is very important.

Ricardo,where do you get this info about disposition of traffic record ? I am also assuming one can take your past 3 yrs tax info for the tax aspect.
