I have questions about how to complete the US Customs and Border Protection Form (Form 6059B) for a new immigrant who come to the US with immigrant visa:

1. How shall the new immigrant answer question #7 "Country of Residence" ?

Is it his/her original country or US ?

2. On question #15 which one shall he/she answer the "Residents" or the "Visitors" question ?

3. At the airport, which line shall he/she go to ? The Permanent Resident or Visitor line ?

Thank you

1. Orginal country, or address that is on passport.

2. Visitor

3. Visitor

If he/she has never resided in US or have a US residentual address than they are visitors.
