Hi,

Does anyone know if a payment made to Banco De Oro in November this year will be honored by the US embassy in Manila, i see they changed banks now its BPI? If not how do i get my money back from BDO?

visa fee payments are valid for one year. since you paid in November, you've paid the current fee of $350. I would think you are good to go. if someone doesn't provide you with a definitive answer, you can try calling the Embassy's Immigrant Visa Unit at 011-63-2-301-2000 ext 5184 or 5185.
