Has Vermont Service Center been much slower than usual?

Hi,

Has anyone experiencing slower than usual processing time in general?

Our case is about waiting for the NOID (Notification of the intention to deny).

Our CR-1 was denied and sent back to USCIS for review. USCIS got it and we are waiting for the letter

so we could provide more proof.

VSC responded to our senator's inquiry saying that the case is outside of the processing time and has

been delayed from 45 days to 60 days.

Has anyone been experiencing the same thing? Thanks.
