Ok this is getting ridiculus My daughter and I both recieved our green cards this week even though they are telling us that we have to still go to our interview in Atlanta on Sept 11. now today we got emails saying this. "On August 25, 2006, we transferred your I485 Application to Register

Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in MISSOURI SERVICE

CENTER for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case. They

will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You

should receive a notice informing you that your case has been

transferred to a local office. " What is going on!! this is driving me crazzzzzzy.UGHHH :angry:

From what I understand sometimes they deem it not necessary for an interview.. if that is the case they send it somewhere easier to process it.. I am sure that is what it is.

May 1, 2006 - Submitted I-129F (Overnight) NSC

May 2, 2006 - NOA1

June 1, 2006 - Transferred to CSC

June 14, 2006 - Notice from CSC it was transferred

June 30, 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE (CSC)

July 5, 2006 - Touched (RFE Received)

July 31, 2006 - APPROVED

August 5, 2006 Physical NOA2

August 15, 2006 NVC Received and Sent

August 22, 2006 AIT sent Packet 3

August 22, 2006 Packet 3 got lost in the mail... sending another.. :( :( :(

October 27, 2006 Interview

Makes no sense to me, you already have your green cards, so that's just nonsense. If it were me, I'd make an infopass appointment to get everything straightened out.

Thanks Jenn but our interview is only 16 days away so I will wait till then I would hate to drive to Atlanta twice and have hubby miss 2 days of work. I feel like im on a rollar coaster happy and mad, happy and mad

It should be over soon at least for 2 years :blush:

That works. I'm sure when you show up to our interview and show them your green cards, they'll figure out that they messed up somewhere along the way! :thumbs:

That is so TYPICAL for Governmental agencies- the left hand never knows what the right hand does!!!!! :pop:

08/11/2006-Mailed I-485, I-130, I-764, I-864 to NCS (0 day)

08/22/2006-NOA for I-485, I-130, I-764.(11th day)

08/26/2006-All forms are "touched"(15th day)

08/29/2006-receipt for biometrics appt.(18th day)

09/05/2006-Biometrics are taken(25th day)

Comments: I had the worst day in my life so far. Was treated worse than an animal, screamed at and and threatened. What is wrong with these ppl???

09/05/2006-touched.(25th day)

09/06/2006-touched. (26th day)

09/09/2006-touched. (29th day)

09/18/2006- Infopass! everything went smooth,my case is still pending, no touches, though (38th day)

10/30/06-touched(80 day)

11/14/06-initial interview in Chicago-wish us gooood luck!(95 day)..
