Can I send packet 3 forms to embassy before receiving packet 3?

We received our NOA2 and the NVC have forwarded it to the embassy in London on 22nd Dec. DOS told me they haven't received it in London yet but to call back next week to check.

Can I fill in the online forms and send them to the embassy or do I have to wait for the embassy to send me something first? They should be receiving my case any day now and I would be sending forms from the US which will take a few more days. Does the packet 3 contain a different case number too? I have a reference number from NVC and an A number.

Don't send anything unless you have the embassy case number. They wont connect your papers to your case if you just send them, they have nothing there to connect your papers to.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Check with the consulate and see what their policy is. They'll usually accept the packet 3 response any time after they've received the petition.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
