Can only log into account on 1 computer

Hello,

This does not seem like the right place to post, but I could not seem to find anywhere more appropriate.

I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me. I can only log into my USCIS account on my work computer, and no other.

Every other computer I try to use it says my username and password is incorrect. This wouldn't be a problem but I will not have access to my work computer in one weeks time.

Might want to try a different browser or settings. IE allowed me to interface with setting up my text and email notices while Mozilla didn't get along with the site. Hope this helps some...

Yea, I agree. It must be a browser or some setting or cookie, etc. that is preventing you. Get the newest version of Internet Explorer and set it to all the defaults and see if you can get in.

Thanks for the tip, I will give it a shot. Already tried different browsers, but it may be some sort of wierd setting.
