after you see SIF how do you know when your case is complete and how long does it take to get an interview date. Thanks

I got my SIF on a Saturday morning. I called the NVC operator on Monday morning and got a case completed and interview date. Call NVC tomorrow and see if case is completed.

Call the NVC or listen to the AVR. I had SIF then I listened to the AVR and said that our case was completed last December 17th but when I called the NVC operator, she said that unfortunately our case can't be schedule for a January interview because it's already full. Operators keep on telling me to call them back at the 2nd week of January because they only schedule interview every 2nd week of the month. I doubt it. So I called the USEm and a lady was about to schedule me for January interview but she said, our case is not yet entered to their system. That just made me more confused so I guess I should just call the NVC by next week and hoping for a good news.

I have read references here that interviews are only done the first two weeks of the month so there may be some truth in what the operator told you. I would keep calling NVC and see if another operator gives you a different response.
