Has anybody else had experience with moving while in this process? I'm worried even though we will fill out the change of address form we might miss the fingerprints and interview letters! I just received the NOA1 this week.

Will it still go smoothly even if we change address now??

Put your names in your new mail box. Also sign up to forward all mail for 2-3 weeks to your new address through the USPS website. That way you have double security on getting mail from them. We did this for ours.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

A warning about postal forwarding. Sometimes USCIS marks mail "Return Service Requested" this has the effect of getting mail returned to USCIS rather than forwarded.

Moving across the street or to a new district? Latter means starting all over again. Should be a warning on the N-400 to curtail any vacation or moving plans before applying as again, you are entering the twilight zone.

We are just moving into a new apartment complex closer to work not to a new city or anything! So it will probably be ok to move then??

That should be fine.

Just file AR-11 and I-865

Do the AR-11 online.
