anyone who know direct number to make a call about pending cases,

Please anybody who knows any No. to call for pending cases who can give real status of cases. I tried calling 1-800 but i dont see any good calling them they just give u nothing but call them back 30 days...60days...44days...!!!looks the person on the phone did not know what they were saying. They just simply tell wait another....blah..blah....

We used to call 1-800 since we started our application, we're reaching 7th month on Jan 10 and the status still in Initial review, we called last November 18 said we need to wait 44 days which is today is our 44th days of waiting ...last touched November 29...now they telling us to wait another 30days...unbelievable! Im thinking of maybe there is another no. where we can make a call and talk to someone who really know the status of cases of applicants, coz seems the person on the phone we were calling have no idea what they were saying to those making a followup..its easy for them to say " wait for 60 days...44days...30days...for us its a nightmare! thanks for ur inputs in advance!

Sounds like the USCIS....contact your congressman since you are out of the processing times....

also, the people who you speak with are not doing anything but reading off a computer screen, they don't know anything specific about your case.....from what I understand, you need to speak to a tier 2 rep....
