Hi ,Guys..just found out i got a problem about I-864 quetsion number 26

For 26 , its ask your the optional support for your case. So i did added up all money for number a, (all checking and saving accounts), but acutlly, some of them are from my checking and saving account, but some of them from certificated of deposit, but i didn't sepearted them to number c, when i filled out the form ,didn't notice it and made a mistake, added all my checking and saving and certificaed of deposit up and filled it to number a....what can i do right now....man..help me .... :help:

10/18/2010 case number

10/30/2010 AOS and IV fee in process

11/02/2010 AOS and IV fee charged/APPLIED FOR ELC PROCESSING

11/16/2010 RECEIVED GZO number YEAH!!!

11/19/2010 SENT SCANNED AOS AND IV documents to NVC via E-MAIL

12/03/2010 NVC WEBSITE SIGN IN FAILED

12/06/2010 NVC sent e-mail said CASE CLOSED, yeahhhhhh...waiting for interview date in GUZHANGZHOU

12/09/2010 INTERVIEW DATE!!!! 01/12/2011 YEAHHHHHHHH....GUYS...WISH ME GOOD LUCK~

01/10/2011 Medical exam done! Wait for the interview, please pray for us!!!!!!!!!!

01/12&13/2011 Visa two days and approved!!!!!!!!!

I don't think this will create much of a problem. They're just separated in this way so they can know what money is readily accessible and what money is not. Btw, if you meet the income requirement this section is really not necessary and I wouldn't worry about it. If you don't meet the income req, you'll be fine, just provide bank statements to back up your totals. Either that or fix it and expressmail the new i864 to your wife. Or just fix that page and email it to your wife to print out and replace the incorrect page with.

2011-01-20 Received EAD card! (postmrkd 1/14)

2011-02-23 AOS Interview - APPROVED!

2011-03-03 Received wife's Permanent Resident Card~

thanks...MY income is over the 125% line, but not a lot ,you know..just over the line, since we can't find any co-sponsor and my incomer just over the line, i just show them the checking and saving account money to insure i can do it by myself....

so for the checking and saving account, i have my bank statment download for past 12 months..that's not problem..but the cerfiticated of deposit , i don't have any thing like monthly statment, they don't give you this...or do they?

My husband got a Jan 12 interview in China, so what can i do? Fill out another new form for him and let him bring it in case need it. The nvc already have my files in China GUANGZHOU,and do he need another copy of the fixed one? :help:

A copy of the certificate of deposit will do.
