Hi Everybody, I am a LPR and filed I-130 for my son who is in the Philippines. He was going 21 yrs old when I filled the petition last year. This year, I got 2 separate letters from USCIS to pay the affidavit of support fee and the visa processing fee. What does these all mean? Will my son be able to join me sooner than later?

Appreciate your feedback....

You have the letters, only you know what they say. If you put what the letters say people can help you more. It seems like they are saying you need to pay things now tho. Have you checked the step by step guides to see where you are or might be in the process to figure things out as to what you need to do next?
