I NEED HELP: K2 Visa (Schedule an Appointment for interview))

I am applying a K2 Visa. I filed the DS-160 form online and I paid the fee last Nov. 30, 2010 through Banco De Oro before the implementation on amendments for the payment centers over the counter (Bank of the Philippine Islands). My mother which is the Principal applicant (K1 Visa) granted her visa last January 21, 2010 is now a permanent resident in US. We have been calling the new call center for the interview schedule at the US embassy in manila, but the call center cannot give a schedule for an interview for me, accordingly the reason is that they are having difficulty because of the transition in the system. I already underwent my medical examination at St. Luke's Medical Clinic Extension and just waiting for the interview schedule and it's less than a month from now that the one year period will soon lapse. We have been calling the New call center several times but they just keep on repeating the reason and telling us to check the site everyday if anything possible that I could schedule my interview online. Its been almost a month already that we keep on trying to schedule my appointment for interview but still I gt the same error. Please Help me.

One poster in the Philippines Forum said the call center's appointment-scheduling system is down until December 29. Keep on trying...and good luck!

How about calling the embassy and saying I want to schedule an appointment and if they respond with the visa will be issued in a few days say that is fine, if that is the case then I will cancel the appointment you make for me?
