Hello all,

We plan to petition for my mom next year. I have heard that once Form 130 is approved, there is some form that the government sends you that will require my mom's signature to let me handle the process from the US. My mom is going to visit us in the spring. Is there any chance I can get this form from the USCIS website? Does anybody know the name of the form? I would like her to sign it while she is here to avoid sending it back and forth.

Thank you very much in advance

Ds-3032 - Choice of agent - your mom names you as her agent and all correspondence is done through you - suggest you give them your email address - much easier.

Also, info on this is available in the Guides section - NVC guide and also under Wiki - LingChe shortcut.

Hello, I believe the form you are looking for is DS-3032. You can dowload it from the website. Here's the link.

You will have to return this form to NVC. Although your mom can just email them now, it is their prefered method of communication. If you browse through the informative guides you will learn all about the process and shortcuts as well..

Good luck!
