Take the above advice. If you withdraw your petition, you are effectively "shooting yourself in the foot".

Don't do it. This process is a b!tch, we all know that.

Persevere, by hanging on for the soon to arrive approval.

I could'nt agree more . Please try to just hang in there. William33 is corect....this process is a b**ch.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Thank you ALL so much for your wise advices and so needed encouragements! (F)(F)(F)

I'm really grateful for you all.

I do take your advices. I definitely don't want to do any immigration fraud, or any kind of fraud.

I'm just so depressed and desperate and I'm trying to thing what it would be best to do now. We've been lied since the very beginning of this aweful process, and constantly since then. USCIS is making big fool of us. I feel so hopeless sometimes, and since I saw CSC going back from March 6th to Feb. 23, I felt like we are going to wait for another 4 or so months.

I miss my fiance SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!!! It brakes my heart knowing he hurts too. We had plans to get married in September and had to delay them. And we can't really plan anything now because we never know when CSC will approve our case.

Yes, my fiance already wrote twice to his senator. This week, he will write to his congressman and Emilio Gonzalez and will keep going to Bush. It is pathetic what they are doing to us and to many of you in the same situation.

I will post again as soon as I have any news and I will keep waiting and praying.

Thank you again for being such a great support!
