Work related documents for the Interview required?

Hello,

I am just curious to know if the Certificate of Employment, Work Service records, Leave of absence or any related documents from my work are required during the Interview? Help please....

Typically the i-134 requires some proof of employment.

I sent them a Certificate of Employment (including company name, length of service, amount earned), W2's (3 years worth), Bank statement.

If you are the USC then yes your SO has to have this information at the ready during the interview along with the i-134 form that requires it

I am referring actually this question on my behalf being a government worker here in Philippines and not to my Fiance.

If you are the petitoner you will need a letter from your employer that states your salary, length of employment etc... if you are the beneficiary you wont need to show any employment records. They will need that of the petitoner to support the I-134...........
