IV fee for derivative (urgent)

Dear Members

I need advice regarding the fee payment of Derivative benificiary (spouse &daughter),IV fee bill for threes of us have been generated I want to know is it possible that I only pay fee for myself principle benificiary so that process starts( DS 230 etc..) and pay bill for derivatives later at some time or after interview call.

experts please guide me

YOU CANNOT PAY ONLY PRINCIPLE BENEFICIARY. IT WILL NOT GENERATED COVER SHEET. COVER SHEET WILL GENERATED WHEN PAY ALL DERIVATIVE FEES AND ALSO FOR IV PACKET YOU HAVE TO SUBMITTED ALL IN ONE ENVELOPE WITH SEPARATED COVER SHEET. NVC WONT PROCESS YOUR CASE TO EMBASSY UNTIL YOU SUBMIT REST OF DERIVATIVE APPLICANT DS-230.

no, the case file must be complete, including ALL fee payments, before NVC will forward the file to the consulate

OK, Thanks. BUT I have read on my IV fee bill you need not to pay fee for all at this time what does that mean
