We never knew case# lololol

Ok I would tell you my experience. We never knew what is our filing date and when our check was cahsed? Yes I am true. Our case is done through a lawyer and the lawyer didnt even like to tell us that the case is received by the USCIS. She just told us that the case was sent but it was the time when we didnt send complete documents. We were waitting to get any NOA! and never got one. Finaly we made a phone call to USCIS on May 16th and inquired that do you have our petition? The guy took the names and date of birth. He informed us that the case is recieved on Mar 1st and NOA1 is sent to lawyer and my finace's brother house since I and my fiance are out of USA. LOL its funny that we never knew that what is our case till May 16th. lololol. So we had no idea what is touched or update. By the grace of ALLAH we got approval in a week after we came to know our case#. Good story right?

Meeting Online: Yahoo chartroom Aug 2001.

Direct meeting & marriage: Dec 2003 USA, NY

I-130 petition in DCFR Tokyo: March 14th 2004. Case reffered to DHS USCIS

Four visits to japan in 2004: Oct 2004, wife got pragnant.

Wife/Fiance left USA and moved into Japan: Feb 5th 2005.

Baby Born: June 24th 2005(Japan)

I-130 denied: July 17 2005(Divorce was declared not valid)

Refiling Divorce: oJuly 17th 2005 NY State.

Divorce granted: Nov 17th 2005

K-1 application: Mar 1st 2006

Approval: May 23rd 2006

US consulate RFE: June 15th 2006

FRE sent (Original passports, birth certificate, all origional docs): July 10th 2006

Medical: Oct 11th 2006.

Interview: Nov 10th 2006(expected)

  • April 2004 met online
  • July 16, 2006 Met in person on her birthday in United Arab Emirates
  • August 4, 2006 sent certified mail I-129F packet Neb SC
  • August 9, 2006 NOA1
  • August 21, 2006 received NOA1 in mail
  • October 4, 5, 7, 13 & 17 2006 Touches! 50 day address change... Yes Judith is beautiful, quit staring at her passport photo and approve us!!! Shaming works! LOL
  • October 13, 2006 NOA2! November 2, 2006 NOA2? Huh? NVC already processed and sent us on to Abu Dhabi Consulate!
  • February 12, 2007 Abu Dhabi Interview SUCCESS!!! February 14 Visa in hand!
  • March 6, 2007 she is here!
  • MARCH 14, 2007 WE ARE MARRIED!!!
  • May 5, 2007 Sent AOS/EAD packet
  • May 11, 2007 NOA1 AOS/EAD
  • June 7, 2007 Biometrics appointment
  • June 8, 2007 first post biometrics touch, June 11, next touch...
  • August 1, 2007 AOS Interview! APPROVED!! EAD APPROVED TOO...
  • August 6, 2007 EAD card and Welcome Letter received!
  • August 13, 2007 GREEN CARD received!!! 375 days since mailing the I-129F!

    Remove Conditions:

  • May 1, 2009 first day to file
  • May 9, 2009 mailed I-751 to USCIS CS

LOL. Correction. Our daughter is just like USCIS policy changing rapidly. yea when she was very young like few months old, she looked liked dady daughter now changing it to mom daughter. But thanks for the compliments. And you are right in a sense kids bcz we are increasing our family in januray :D
