Where to apply?

Hi,

I m confused i don't know where we should apply?We are living in Tn state right now but our permanent &mailing address is Ohio's.

If it's I-129F your applying for, then Mail the I-129F Package to the USCIS

You should mail the completed form(s) to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox. Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

But i think for sending I-751 FORM it is either california service centre or vermont service centre depending on state.My question is where i need to send that form.California is according to my permanent & mailing address and vermont acc. to state i m living in.
