Does anybody know about tax records that are not generated yet?

O.K.

bare with me please. This is a question my wife needs answered as it is stressing her out. We are going with a joint sponsor, her granny. Now her granny is retired so apparently her tax comes later in the year or something so when requesting 2005 from them they say that it is not generated yet. So can she use 2004 or is there some other way around 2005? It seems really messed up if we have to wait until the tax forms are generated if that could be months.

Any help is much appreciated.

23rd February 2005 Married.

10th May 2005 I130 packet sent to TEXAS forwarded to Cali.

12th May 2005 NOA1 Received date.

14th May 2005 delivered at 4:34 am LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

23rd May 2005 NOA1 notice date.

27th May 2005 NOA1 hits the mailbox.

13th August 2005 po po form mailed off with £10 cheque.

2nd September 2005 po po letter arrives.

3rd September a 4 week visit to GA assuming i get allowed in.

30th september 130 days on I130 and counting.

(Hopefully i finally get a wedding ring today too)

30th November NOA2 date. woohoo

January 2006 case arrives at NVC finally(not sure about exact date)

17th February 2006 IV bill mailed back

21st April case complete (sorry i have missed some dates of forms going back and forth)

2nd May case forwarded to Embassy in London

10th July 2006 visa interview 10.30 a.m.

In the US you have until 4/15/06 to file 2005s taxes (unless you file an extension). So before this date 2004 would be the most current tax year.

O.K. thanks. So would it be a problem if my wife sent in tax records for 03, 04 and 05 and our cosponsor submitted 02, 03 and 04? I don`t imagine it would be personally.

I know of no family based visa for grandparents. What kind of visa is she seeking?

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

No it is a marriage visa but her granny is our co sponsor. her tax records will be for different years to my wife`s tax records. Just wonder if that is a problem.

Also wondering if child support would be listed as an asset. I wouldn`t think it was an asset but i would just include it under income.

aha...I misread. Go with tax years 2002 thru 2004.

They go by tax records, and child support wouldnt show up on them, so probably you couldnt use it.

Well thanks. She meets income requirements if we include the child support but the co sponsor should make that unimportant.
