It's okay, Charles is just being nasty and trying to get a rise out of me. Sadly we have people in the world like that. We're all here for one purpose: immigration. Being illegal doesn't automatically make you a bad person. Yes, we do need to regulate who comes into the country and who comes out... but we also need to fix our broken immigration system (and we know how long things take, which i'm sure everyone has had to deal with) before people stop coming in illegally and choose the legal path instead.

I.E. People from Muslim countries are having to wait for this so called "security clearance" process that takes countless months.

Outcome: More people will be attracted towards the illegal way, it's a quicker temporary fix. It's completely evident, many foreign nationals are entering Mexico and coming in EWI from Mexico borders. I wouldn't be suprised if they are just trying to ditch the immigration process because of "security clearances."

Adjusting from tourist visa to permanent residency.

If you ever accured unlawful prescense, you are required to file an I-601 form with the Consulate. My dad did NOT have to file one, so, under the eyes of the law, he never accured any unlawful (aka illegal) prescense.

He's not apart of any problem, he came with tourist intentions believe it or not (my family in Pakistan makes around $200,000 USD yearly and has been for a very long time), but met my mom and got married here... and decided to stay here.
