here's a question to ponder on...

Many US Army soldiers have tortured/caused harm to prisoners they have captured, is that not an act of terrorism?

Terrorism is defined as: The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.

You will argue that they are PRISONERS, but obviously high figures from Europe, other countries, and even our own country are denouncing any harsh treatment of prisoners or even people in Iraq.

I have a friend who has a friend that just returned from Iraq. You wouldn't guess what the soldier and his soldier buddies did "FOR FUN." They basically killed off about 6 children playing together minding their own business from far away for fun... practicing their aim. Not only that, but the video includes the soldiers LAUGHING it off. What kind of sick ####### would do such a thing and on top of that record it? Hopefully he's in the right hands now, I told my friend to report him although i'm not sure if he did. Now, that... seems like terrorism to me (and not toward prisoners, toward innocent lives).

WHY are our soldiers stooping down to a terrorists' level? Why are they performing acts of terrorism and getting away with it? (only a few have been caught!)

This is my home country too and i'm in shame of some of the things our soldiers do in Iraq...

charlesandnessa, if you've watched the news, there have been man broadcasted instances of abused prisoners. I'm SURE you have seen those. Even ONE soldier doing that is TOO many. It makes us ALL look bad. Just the way a few terrorist make all Muslims look bad.

Well, i'm sure the individual wasn't lieing, he had no reason to... he's a caucasian so he's not biased or anything, but he did think it was ###### up. So, how can I report the guy without the video on hand...?

When India and Pakistan was separated there were quite a few Hindus in Pakistan and Muslims in India, so there was an exchange treaty. Muslims were sent to Pakistan and Pakistan sent hindus by train to India. Pakistan received their fellow muslims without a problem yet when hindu families waited for their train all they found was butchered bodies as they had all been killed and cut into separate body parts..

Cute. Except innocent people would also take a big 'taste' of that medicine. Bush is stupid because of what he says and does, not because of where he went to college (which, as with a lot of kids with rich and influential parents has as much to do with that as it does with any inherent talent.

Just yesterday he compared Osama Bin Laden to both Adolf Hitler and Lenin. Clearly some aspect of his education was lacking if he can't rationalise divergent histories and philosophies.
