problems getting my confirmation letter

Hi guys, I scheduled my interview through phone today and it was approved for January 6, but my problem is I'm having difficulties in getting the confirmation sheet...The site that the agent gave to me is www.ustraveldocs.com/ph and I clicked on download my appointment letter and entered everything correctly but it's giving me a message that it's invalid like the passport and date of payment but everything is correct. Then I called the embassy again and spoke to the same lady and asked for my UID number and it's still saying that I have invalid passport number???? Can some one tell me how can I download my confirmation sheet??? pls..I really need your help :(

09/12/2011 - EAD received!

09/21/2011 - AOS Interview-APROVED ON THE SPOT/email notice: GC productionn ordered, approval notice sent

09/26/2011 - AOS Approval Notice/Welcome Notice received!

09/30/2011 - Got my GC in the mail today!

07/09/2010 - I-129F mailed via USPS

07/12/2010 - CSC received

07/17/2010 - NOA1 notice date

I got mine but I had to work for it. Go to the main page and click.

"Applying for an Immigrant Visa Appointment" at the bottom left.

click the "download my appointment letter"

Should take you to the verification page. If you get this far the rest is easy.

November 2009- Met online

May 13,2010- Visited in Cebu, Philippines

July 01, 2010 I-129f mailed to Cali

July 06,2010- USCIS confirmed delivery

July 12,2010- NOA-1

July 21,2010- file touched

Nov. 19,2010- NOA2 Approved!!!!

Nov. 24, 2010- NVC received

Nov. 30,2010- Hardcopy recieved in mail

Nov. 30, 2010-case number received from NVC via phone

case forwarded to Manilla

Dec. 06, 2010- paid Visa fee at BPI

Dec. 07,2010-Embassy recieved

Dec. 28, 2010- Appt. finally scheduled

Jan. 11,2011- Medical exam

Jan. 18,2011- Interview APPROVED!!!

Jan. 19,2011- Visa printed

Jan. 22, 2011- Visa delivered

Jan. 30, 2011- Guam

call again. i just dloaded & printed my confirmation /apointment letter

I already called them this afternoon and they reset my password but it's still not working :( how did you print it out? I called them at 10 am and call them back at 2pm again..

They told me up to 48 hours for the email with a new password. However I did get the reset password email a couple hours later. Call again.

did you scheduled your appointment even with out receiving the letter coming from the USembassy Manila? cause I haven't got my letter yet as well but I tried scheduling my appointment. They already reset my password twice and still not working. I wonder if it would really take them about 48 hrs before I can access my appointment. :(

it says invalid receipt no or passport :( what's wrong???

i agree with sheenaspapi, i got my reset password minutes later actually, while i was on the phone with the call center agent

They already reset my password and I got it while we were still talking on the phone...but the thing is the password still doesn't work :( It keeps on saying that "I'm entering and invalid passport number or receipt" I don't know what's wrong. :( even the agent couldn't help me she just told me that she'll just send my information again to the higher department and that's it! everything is just making me anxious :(
