I don't have many tales to tell but here's one.

It was a weekday and I was staying in a classroom with two preschool teacher friends for our break when I missent a naughty, provocative text message to my aunt, my father's older sister. Upon realizing what I had done, I waited for about an hour and texted my aunt, "Mommy, did you receive a message from me earlier? I checked my archives and saw that the friend who borrowed my phone accidentally sent you a text that was intended for her boyfriend."

I'm not used to making excuses so that was really lame. Flushed.

And selling a GN with 18K for 10 and change. But that Hemi Cuda, why the hell didn't I buy it??? The funny thing is, 5500 was too much at that time. That's all it cost new. Live and learn, or should I say, live and keep making the same damn stupid mistakes over and over. :crying:

If I get another muscle car, I'm keeping the damn thing this time! It was a red Hemi Cuda, if I close my eyes I can still picture it with the infamous Mopar pistol grip shifter, and it was a 4 speed too, not an automatic like so many of them.

This isn't very exciting but it was the best I could come up with on short notice.

One of my bosses pretty much hates me. I can accept this. One day I was having a particularly pissy day and I texted to my husband, "I HATE IT HERE".

Or so I thought. My POS phone had butt dialed my boss who hates me and I sent it to her instead. That went over pretty great.

If it was up to her I probably would have lost my job. But it's not. :D

I will see if I can come up with anything better.

My life has been pretty tame and I don't even think some of these stories are that embarrassing. I don't have anything so great to add.

My most embarrassing moments involve falling down. Once in high school, walking inside after lunch maybe, we all had to wear dresses or skirts, and I fell over some unstable rocks and it was windy too. But only my gal friends were behind me. A bunch of people saw me fall down though.

Then I fell down steps in a big college class of 200 students- but it was still a little bit before class so it was maybe half full. And only the people behind me saw it, maybe 30 people. I fell down some stairs like a moron and landed right next to some girls in their chairs. I looked behind me and a guy was chuckling. Well, I might have chuckled too but at that moment I wanted to punch him. lol. I went to the bathroom and saw I had scraped up my knee under my jeans and hurt my ankle. Then I had to go in and take the semester final exam. Noo! I was so happy that was the last day of that class. You might think I have horrible coordination but I don't. I'd rather accidentally poop near my spouse than fall down in front of a lot of people.

What was the message?

1. Walk of shame across the entire university campus the day after Halloween. It was particularly bad since I was in my she-Devil with horns costume. Guys on the quads yelled out "hey, horny Devil!" Haha, so funny NOT. Since then I have always considered hook-ups based on how long that walk of shame will be. Until I met my husband, of course. Since then, I've been a reformed woman.

2. Sophomore year. Roommate and I peeing in the open field, late at night, in front of a large barn. Completely hammered. Underwear down to our ankles when the cops pull up to us to check on us. Thankfully, her boyfriend and his best friend were also there and they were sober enough to talk us out of that one.

3. Freshman year. Run into serious-nerd-crush outside history lecture-hall. It's raining heavily. He smiles and says, "hey, how are ya?" And I go, "wet." Awkward pause. Complete mortification. WET?! :bonk:

Ok, I've now over-shared. Think of me whatyouwill.

I'm sure he'd appreciate that.

Do you have children?(seriously asking because I don't remember if you have mentioned it)

My husband has seen/helped me in many odd situations during labor and then a c-section and recovery. Probably worse things to see than what the OP wrote about.
