A few weeks ago I predicted the Bears would wipe the floor with the Pats.

They didn't.

That was embarrassing and I had to eat lots of crow here in front of everyone, and Spooky watched me do it and gloated.

That sucked, but I plan to get even in the Superbowl :devil: :devil:

Believe me, it was much worse than that. OK, have gotten another drink so...here...we...go!

Back when I was still single, drinking a lot, living in SK, and hanging around with people who were too much fun, we did a 'crop checking' tour of some small towns we had friends in. On Halloween, not that that is important. By about the third town, I was loaded. We hooked up with some rodeo guys we knew. Next morning, I woke up beside one of the bullriders (I was already friends with him, not that it makes it any more honourable). BTW, sometimes I can be a bit loud at certain moments. So, he and I go downstairs to get coffee.

His whole family was sitting around the breakfast table. Yup, unknown to me, this late-20's guy still lived with his parents. I had to make small talk with them and his younger siblings. In my Halloween getup. Hungover as all get out. Pretty sure that they had heard everything that went on the night before.

At least I can laugh about it now???

Oh my, I am sure I did. I once went on a lake weekend with a couple of Eastern Cdn friends of mine, and they decided we would do the "most embarrassing moments" thing. I went last, and I just had no idea how to tell them that getting drunk and puking on your second date is SO tame. blush.gif

And selling a GN with 18K for 10 and change. But that Hemi Cuda, why the hell didn't I buy it??? The funny thing is, 5500 was too much at that time. That's all it cost new. Live and learn, or should I say, live and keep making the same damn stupid mistakes over and over. :crying:
