Hi guys:

I'm a CR-1 visa, arrived here in U.S and received a welcome letter and SSN card, but still waiting for my green card, after one month we moved to other place and two weeks after we change address through USCIS website, my question is, what if my green card will not arrive? and how important it is? is it one of the requirements when we're going to file a petition to have the conditional basis of my status removed?

You MUST have your green card. You not only need a copy of it to file for removal of conditions but it is illegal to not have it with you. The law states you must carry it.

You need to get on the trace of it right now and find out if they have already tried to deliver the card to your old address.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
