called the embassy today to inquire if the physical have receive the physical file from NVC. they said they have received the electronic file on dec 13 and then she said that MAYBE they already received our physical file last week but has not been uploaded yet to their system . was advised : to call first week of january g way e

is there another way to know if they already received our file?

and anyone who tried the ONLINE scheduling? the operator said the server is now ok but i just checked and it is still down,

Wow! Another familar point in our cases. Our file took about 13 days to finally be uploaded in the system. I sent an email to the embassy and the call center did so twice as well. They never got an answer. I did and they only answered part of my question. Call the embassy non immigrant section. There is a U.S. number that you can call. My girl got through twice with the woman who said she was our adjudicator( true or not).

When I called, I just talk to the cleaning man I think in Tag. Funny, he had alot more to say to me than I did him.

By the way...... I don't speak Tag.

The Immigrant Unit at the Embassy will know when your physical file has been entered into their system. You can either call them or wait for them to send your beneficiary a letter stating that the beneficiary is eligible to book an appointment.

The other way to tell if your physical file has been entered into the Embassy's system is when you are finally allowed to schedule an appointment either through the call center or online.
