Parents as co-sponsor

I have been a full time student and thus have a very minimum income. I live with my parents and they will be co-sponsoring for my fiancée. My understanding is I-134 is signed/filled by one person per application only (thus either by my Dad or Mom) but they have filed taxes as a married couple. So, can both of them file I-134 (one from Dad and one from Mom) with a copy of their combined tax forms?

You will provide your own I-134 regardless of your income. In addition, one of your parents will file an I-134. Pick the one whose individual income is enough to qualify. Since they file joint tax returns, the parent/sponsor should provide complete copies of their tax return including all W2 forms so it's clear whose income is whose. The sponsor should state only their own current income, not the joint income.

Is there any limit to how many I-134s can be submitted? Will it be fine to submit I-134 from both of them (ofcourse mine too)?

You plus one is the limit. Notice the word, "one" in the first sentence of my previous answer. If you use a cosponsor, pick one who qualifies on their own.

For a household of 5 (including immigrant), will an income of $20k and savings of $30k be enough for K1 visa?

No- the 125% poverty level for a household of 5 is $32'237, so the income is 12'237 short. If the savings are that of the future spouse, they'd need three times as much in assets (ie about 39'000 dollars), if the savings are from a co-sponsor, they'd need 5 times as much (ie about 61'500).

But isn't I-134 requires 100% level??

Technically, yes but consulates tend to apply the rules for the I-864 because there's no point in issuing a visa to somebody who doesn't have a sponsor to adjust status after arrival.

Grasping at straws is not a winning strategy in this process. You'll need a qualified sponsor.
