Most consulates don't care. London, however, expects the sponsor (or joint sponsor) to check "Intend".

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Most consulates don't care. London, however, expects the sponsor (or joint sponsor) to check "Intend".

That is actually London VJ "lore" because one person (Graham) who interviewed in 2008 was questioned on it. So it gets passed down. I don't think it's a London rule, because many, many others of us ticked nothing and followed the VJ sample form and were fine.
