Just wondering where the civil surgeon envelope should go inside the packet when filing for AOS? Done a search but nothing explains it...any help would be appreciated thnx.

Met on Thailovelines.com on 4/20/09

Met her in Thailand on 7/17/09

Proposed to her In Bangkok on 7/25/09

Returned alone back to Tx on 8/2/09

Finalized my divorce after 17 months on 12/9/09

Filed I-129f at VSC on 12/22/09

NOA1 on 12/28/09

Touch on 3/13/10

Touch again on 3/15/10

NOA2 on 3/16/10 ....(took 79 days from my NOA1)

Received at NVC on 3/24/10

Medical and Background on 4/22/10

Embassy received packet 3 on 5/27/10

Interview passed on 7/16/10

Arrived in Texas on 7/26/10 .....finally!!!!!!!!

**Married on 9/25/10** :)

Sent off I-485 on 1/3/11

Sent off I-765 on 1/3/11

NOA I-485 on 1/10/11

NOA I-765 on 1/10/11

Biometric on 1/28/11

EAD I-765 approved on 3/14/11

I-485 transfered to CSC on 3/15/11

EAD card in hand on 3/16/11

SS card received on 3/25/11

NOA I-485 approved on 4/18/11

GREEN CARD RECEIVED ON 4/20/11 (No Interview)

(REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS)

Sent package off on 2/11/13

When you made your cover page for the AOS packet where did you list the 693 as being in the package? You would put it wherever you listed on your cover page.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

When you made your cover page for the AOS packet where did you list the 693 as being in the package? You would put it wherever you listed on your cover page.

I put the envelope in a sheet protector so it would fit in nicely in the set of forms submitted :) - so that way you can also do what inky says, put it the order you mention in your cover letter.

10/13/2010 - Mailed in The Package (AOS, I-765, I-130)

10/17/2010 - USPS confirms delivery to USCIS

10/25/2010 - Check cashed

10/26/2010 - All applications been worked on aka touched

10/28/2010 - NOA1 Receipts for applications received

11/24/2010 - Received appointment for biometrics in the mail for 12/17 *yay*

12/17/2010 - 9.25 a.m. - 9.45 a.m. Biometrics done !!

12/23/2010 - EAD Approved and Card on its way - Email notification received *yay*

01/03/2011 - WOOOHOOO ...EAD Card in Hand!

01/04/2011 - Oh boy....Received Interview Letter today - February 3rd is the day! :)

02/03/2011 - Interview scheduled 12:45 p.m. - out of there before 1:30 p.m. - further review

Coming home, checking for touches at 5:30 p.m. - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED !!!!

02/09/2011 - Yup another e-mail saying that my card production was ordered.

02/10/2011 - E-mail notification "Approval letter was sent today"

02/14/2011 - Welcome Letter / Approval NOA and Card (separate envelope) received!!! :D

Late November 2012 (have to look up my receipts ;) - mailed in ROC I-751

12/12/2012 - NOA 1, status extension received

12/18/2012 - Biometrics appointment letter received

01/08/2013 - Biometrics done

Yeah I'll just use the binder clip and attach it in the back of the packet..thnx! Feeling good I finally got the whole package together...hopefully Ill be mailing it off tomorrow. Ill be mailing it off to the chicago lockbox Im assuming :wacko: allthough I had read somewhere that if you live in Tx it will goto a different lockbox address. Can anyone confirm this?

AOS still goes to chicago lock box. From there they will send it to your local ASC for biometrics and interview(if you have one) They may forward it to CSC which generally means no interview.
