Since I have already sent the original transcripts overseas can i use a scanned print out for the i 864? He already has the originals. Please let me know...

what does he have? all three year tax documents? You should have those as well since no one has the original except IRS.

yes he has the transscripts from the past 5 years actually we were going to apply k-1 but decided to go ahead and get married so i flew to his family and had a big wedding there. So he actually has some documents already. We are still waiting for our noa approval but we want to get the other items in order so that we dont have so much to do when the next series of documents come for us to work on. He scanned the ones i sent to him so i have them but he has the copies from IRS. I also need a letter from my new employer since i changed jobs after the i 130 was sent and at least 6-8 weeks of paystubs correct? I do not need the w-2 forms if I have the tax transcripts..am I reading that right? Sorry for the questions but it can be brain overload sometimes... :blink:
