After NOA2

Thank god we recieved our Noa2 recently. I am confused as what to do next. My fiance's address is so remote it take forever to mail her. She stays in Manila when she needs to be their for paperwork. Can I contact someone to change her mailing address?

Is a packet sent to her or is everything downloaded from internet now? She is away with no internet access. She will return to Manila in a couple weeks.

Can I schedule or do things to help her? I plan on sending her a complete copy of my I129 application with updated Intent to marry, 134 along with pay stubs and tax return, along with a letter from my employer. I will also send more supporting docs. Any advice I can get I appreciate. She has already gotten her clearences and papers she needs.

The packet that will be sent will be the letter from the embassy.that can be found here.http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/306605/atienzalb/Revised%20K1%20Instruction%20Packet%20_3_.pdf.She doesnt have to wait for the letters coz it sometimes take couple of weeks before she can receive it..As long as you have your manila case number from NVC and the physical file has been received by the manila, you can set an interview for her..

So after we get this number, she goes to the medical, then goes to the bank and pays for the processing fee for her visa? Then with that receipt we can schedule interview? Is it easier if she does the running around and then schedules interview on internet herself then?

I was just trying to help her any way I can.

I read she will need her NVC case number from the Embassy in Manila. No.The Nvc will send YOU letter.You can find there the manila case number or you can get the manila case number by calling NVC.603-334-0700

How do I get this?You can wait for the letter from NVC

I fear they will send it to her address in the provinces and be delayed.When the physical file reaches manila embassy, they will send your fiancee a letter telling her she is eligible to schedule for appoinment.This is what we called Packet 3.

Can I change her mailing address?I am not sure if you can.But she might receive it before her interview.What is important is you have the manila case number and your file has been entered into their system, you can now pay at the BPI and set appointment..
