Should I send in missing documents now?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this board but I need a lot of help. I just submitted my I-130 to sponsor for my wife on Nov 20th, 2010. I received NOA1 with Case No. Then by now I just found out I forgot to include the "Affidavit of Bona Fide Marriage" letters in my package.

1) Should I send them in now with the Case No? What address should I send to? Should it be the address on the NOA1?

2) What service center is my case in? I live in Austin, TX and sent package to Chicago Lockbox.

Don't bother, your answer is in your question. You have NO idea where your case is and no one here can tell you either, they could of sent it to any office on anyones desk. Wait untill you get an RFE and then respond to the RFE at the address they list.

Hopefully you won't get an RFE and it won't be a problem. I submitted my I-130 without any affidavits and it was approved with no RFEs.

Actually on the NOA1, it said California Service Center...Does it mean my case is at CSC? and if that is the case, should I send in the Affidavits now or wait til I receive an RFE? Please advise. Thanks.

Wait for RFE. There's a good chance you won't even get one.

It make sense to wait for an RFE if there is. However, does it mean that the Case's approval would be about 1 month longer than sending them in now without waiting for an RFE? Because when USCIS issues an RFE, it take almost a week for the mail arrived, then a week for my mail to arrive, then a week before USCIS opens the Case again. Is that the situation?

This is NOT GOOD IDEA to sending your missing documents without RFE, As previouse posted every 1 said that wait till RFE generated and send it to the address they have mention. There is 75% possibility not to getting RFE, incase if you want to SOLID your case, send it when your case going to NVC level or wait till RFE generated.
