Can the TOS be updated to include all of the protected classes?

No poll is needed. All that is being expressed here is that anyone with a different opinion or thoughts then anyone else is a racist. Unless you are a Socialist and agree with that thought you are a racist if you express any idea to try to counter their thinking. You must not say anything about any religion that disagrees with anyone other than the Christian Jewish religion. The Christian and Jewish are open season and can say anything whatsoever. If one is white than they are automatic racists and any idea they express is a racist thought and should be suppressed. If one is middle class on up they are the enemy and are fair game for attacks and to be called racists. There is to be no debates anymore unless the correct thought are expressed at anytime. We must all bow down to any one that says you are a racist and immediately ask for forgiveness. We are to from now on go to the leftist sites and start our brainwashing or we will be banned form speaking here. Do not say what you think but only what the few here think is the right thing to say.

How do you even determine what a user's race is on this forum? Their avatar? If thats the case, I'm asian and Charles is black. Middle Class on up? Are we able to buy more expensive avatars to show off our wealth? Seriously...I must have the poor person avatar or something because mine was free.

This is one of the things that make moderating so difficult. Accuse someone of making bigoted posts and the site is labeled as some sort of socialist/communist/liberal/CNN-watching/Obama-supporting/Birkenstock-wearing haven. I've pointed out before, your tolerance level for bigotry would make half of what is said on Fox News against the TOS. While I agree with you, I just don't think it's feasible for the site.

Right, so if most people don't have photos up its pretty hard to label them racist based on their own race as Lucktxn suggests. If I had to guess Lucktxn's race I can only go by his avatars past and present. He used to have an asian avatar so I can only guess he is asian.
