If you want to really get into the issue, the CBP has a record of all lawful entries. If the suspect cannot show he, or she, entered the country legally, then the court would not be diligent if it did not presume the alien entered illegally. The alien should be able to present a passport, or other document that showed he or she entered the county legally.

Sorry Bill, that is not how our judicial system works. You are presumed innocent until found guilty and the burden of proof is that of the prosecutors.

How about driving without a license? Buying cigarettes or alcohol while underage? Trespassing on a military reservation? You are not "presumed innocent" because you fail to produce evidence you did so legally.

No poll is needed. All that is being expressed here is that anyone with a different opinion or thoughts then anyone else is a racist. Unless you are a Socialist and agree with that thought you are a racist if you express any idea to try to counter their thinking. You must not say anything about any religion that disagrees with anyone other than the Christian Jewish religion. The Christian and Jewish are open season and can say anything whatsoever. If one is white than they are automatic racists and any idea they express is a racist thought and should be suppressed. If one is middle class on up they are the enemy and are fair game for attacks and to be called racists. There is to be no debates anymore unless the correct thought are expressed at anytime.
