It's an interim extension while the I-751 is pending adjudication.

I got my approval....after that i got stamped

My husband got a letter as a one-year extension of his "LPRship" while our I-751 application was being processed.

After approval he was notified that he could get an I-551 stamp if he wished, as proof of his unconditional status until we received the ten-year plastic green card. We did get the stamp, I believe it said the same thing as what yours says.
