There is an error on my wife's G-325A that was submitted to USCIS. The error is for our marriage date, she put down the date I arrive instead of our marriage date.

I was suppose to arrive on day XX and get married on day YY but because of work & other stuff, I was delayed for about a week & arrived on day YY - which was our originally scheduled marriage date. My wife had already filled out her G-325A (being proactive) & had day YY as our marriage date. She made a new G-325A but mistakenly gave me the old G-325A.

I did not catch the error. Neither did USCIS or NVC as neither sent an RFE on it.

My G-325A, the DS-230, the marriage certificate & everything else have the correct date.

Her interview date is in just over a week. I told her to hand carry the corrected G-325A unsigned, explain the mistake to the CO, sign it in his/her presence & then hand it over.

My question is - is it a good idea for her to give the corrected G-325A to the CO without them asking for it or give it only if the CO ask about the mistake during the interview?

Your marriage date appears several times in the package you filed. If it is only incorrect on one of the two G325a forms but IS correct on the other G325a, the I-130 (three times) and the marriage certificate, I wouldn't worry about it.

Good idea to have a corrected copy but I would not mention it if they don't.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

If I'll be in her position I will rather not mention it unless the CO ask about it. If the CO will question it, then I will explain and have an evidence for it. Bring extra extar proof of marital relationships so that the CO will not have any doubt on your marital relationships.
