Hello! My husband and I moved to another state in 2009 and we didn't know that we have to report change of address immediately . Also, I am filing my I-751 this January and I wonder if this will affect my status. Do I still need to report the change of address even it is too very late now?

Yes both people have to report change of address. Not just the card holder but the petitioner as well.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It is not too late to file for the address change. Some people never file the change and get approved anyway. Do not do that because you might not get lucky. You most likely will receive your reminder to remove conditions sent to your old address even after you've change it. Do not freak out when that happens because those reminders are sent to the last address they have on file. Once you send in the I-751 with your new address on the application, they will send subsequesnt correspondence to your new address.

Send in the change of address despite having moved awhile ago. The petitioner sends the I-865 and the beneficiary the AR-11.
