Someone please help me with this ongoing issue. I've had my fiancée send me pics from Ukraine only to be told that it didn't fit the criteria. Again I had her send me this pic http://www.fotothing.com/photos/5c1/5c1c7f84f8bf06a1301fcf06fed24414.jpg?ts=1293224667

and it seems that there might be an issue with the shoulders. Could someone tell me if this pic satisfies the requirements?

If not, does anyone know where in Kiev a good studio can be found?

Thanks

Not sure if there is anything wrong with the shoulders or the pics. Who told you the picture does not qualify? The only thing that might be an issue is the long hair covering the ears, but again I am not sure. Is the size 2x2?

Good luck.

I'm no expert, but I think her shoulder may be to low in the photo, it depends on how you define "middle of chest".. Here's a link the the guide I review in making this determination. Most of the sample photos seem to start a little lower on the chest. As asked previously, who told you that the photo doesn't fit the criteria? You may want to send the photo shop a copy of the guide.

It looks usable in epassport photo. I think the "shoulder" issue is the fact your photo goes to the end of the right shoulder and they want it not to show that down turn. Using epasportphoto it would crop a tiny bit off.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Thanks to all of you guys for being so helpful.

I was told that the photo may not be accepted by a young lady working in the photo section at walgreens.

I guess its better to be safe than sorry and ask my fiancée to do another photo.

By the way if I were to send this photo and than recieve RFE, how long would the delay be?

Again thanks to everyone for their help.

Ears don't have to show. Look at the governments own site. No mention is made of ears showing and in their samples where they list what is wrong with each photo many have hair over the ears and no mention is made of that.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Ok I have just looked at my passport photo and visa photo and your fiancee photo is too large. In both my photos only the head is showing, too much of her upper torso is showing. Should be closer with no shoulders only a head shot.
